How does this work

Good Question. Say your career is taking off or would with a little push…If you need help getting your marketing, finance and management tasks handled, you hire us to help with top priority tasks.

What makes this kind of management different?

Instead of committing to a LTR with an agency that may or may not prioritize you over other talent in their pool, we work directly with you on a project by project basis and you pay us on a gig basis or get direct support for an hourly rate.

What is the hourly rate?

If we decide to work together, you can choose your pay structure. We can work out a per project/gig price or you can pay $125 per hour for direct support. Either way, expect to pay 50% of the project estimate up front or $1,250 retainer for 10 hours of coaching.

Team of professionals?

Yes. We have contracts with accounting and finance pros and graphic designers and partnerships with local CPAs, coaches, body workers, image professionals, photographers and marketing firms. Once we know what your up level plan should look like, we’ll match you to the best providers, manage the project and handle your business, so you can focus on training.

How do we work out an up level plan?

Easy peasy. We chitty chat a bit and I’ll walk you through determining your monetization strategy and the best steps to clinch your brand and elevate your status as a competitor and an entertainer. I have some illustrations ready for you, so you can get a cool visual on your personal brand. That way you can deliver clear and consistent entertainment without having to think too much about being entertaining. You don’t wanna have to think about much more than training!

Cool, so what do I do?

You’ll need to apply to work with us. Because we are a family business and we plan to treat you like family, you’ll need to apply for management. If it’s a fit, we’ll contact you to get an up level plan started. If you like the up level plan, you can hire us. If not, all good. We are only accepting 3 new clients per season.
